ment from the victim ment is investigating two more thefts involving vehicles belonging to local residents Over the past month a numbe? of similar crimes has been reported to the police department according to investigator Ralph Dawe The latest of these thefts occurred and all ranklin could do was hang on until the wake settled down He then climbed onto the capsized boat and waited for help to
